          Shipping

          We ship orders Monday-Friday excluding national holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. 

          All orders shipped within the contiguous US are eligible for free Standard shipping. A $5 small order charge is assessed on all orders under $50. Alaska, Hawaii, US protectorates, and APO will have small surcharges detailed during checkout.

          We ship most orders via the USPS. Please ensure that you use an appropriate address (i.e. include your PO Box as well as your street address if applicable). 

          We offer international shipping to select countries. If you do not see your country available please contact us and we will advise of any potential options. International shipments are sent via FedEx International Connect Plus. Buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes associated with the shipment.

          Transit times and typical carriers for each shipping option are below:

          • Standard shipping: 3-5 business days (USPS First Class Mail or FedEx Ground)
          • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Express)
          • Are you needing your items faster? Email us at support@witonics.com to see if we can accommodate a next-day order. Handling fees and additional shipping charges may occur.
          • International shipping: 1-5 business days (FedEx International Connect Plus); if you don't see your country is available, email us at support@witonics.com and we can try to help.

           

          Returns

          Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer except in the case of a mistake on our part. Once a return has been authorized the product must be received back within 30 days.

          Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. Any packing slip should be included. It is not necessary to use the same packaging, however, please ensure to package the items securely to avoid damage during transit back to us.

          To begin a return please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with RMA and instructions for how to return items from your order.

           

          Refunds

          Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of our receipt of the return package. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

          Funds can take 5-10 business days to process through your bank and should appear on your statement within 2 billing cycles. 

          A 15% late fee will be assessed for items received back more than 30 days from the return authorization date. Items received back that are not in the same condition they were sent will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you at your expense or discarded. 

          Undeliverable packages will be refunded once they are delivered back to us. This can sometimes take several weeks. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded.

           

          We reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
